As a kid, my mom used to wake me up in the morning for school. In school we used to follow a timetable and post-school I had classes and sports. Post dinner my mom made sure that I sleep. My days were structured and I had a routine. Fast-forwarding to the future, I grew up and started college. I used to get up late in the morning, usually running late for college (and now work), missing breakfast or things at home. My lunchtime is not fixed nor is my routine!   Most grownups do not have a set daily routine and ‘wing’ their day. We usually don’t plan our day and have no idea how we are going to spend our day. Who am I? Trying to answer the million dollar question through the science of Self-Awareness! Everyone, these days, is talking about self-awareness; it has become the new catchphrase. Often we find ourselves asking questions like “who are we?”, “What is our purpose?” etc. Self-awareness answers some of these existential questions.  Self-awareness in simple words is awareness about oneself. It is the ability to see ourselves clearly, become aware of our strengths and weaknesses, thoughts, feelings, behaviors, passions and vulnerability.
